Noticeably tighter, stronger, and more defined.
This is what happens when a mum commits to getting strong, not just “getting smaller”!
This client came to me wanting to lose weight but she wasn’t overly concerned about the number on the scale, because her primary goal was to gain strength.
We focused on lifting heavy, building muscle and trying to stay consistent with the workouts, even when life got really busy. Slowly but surely the mum-tum that so many women struggle with started to get flatter and firmer.
This is body recomposition.
