Simon Cowling Holistic Therapy & Yoga I like blending together the different styles of massages I have learned over the years, enabling me to tailor the best treatment possible for my clients.

Throughout my career I have worked at some of the most prestigious spas in the North East of England including Rockliffe Hall and The Garage Spa. As well as working in these amazing venues I have been lucky enough to work in some remarkable spas and retreats around the world, from Ananada in the Himalayas, to the truly relaxing Tipi Valley in Portugal. I have also been fortunate to work in France, Greece and Morocco. During my career I have constantly worked to improve my skills by training in a range of new treatments, whether it be product in-house training, such as the likes of Elemis or Comfort Zone; or traveling to Thailand to learn traditional Thai massage and living in an ashram in India while completing my yoga teacher training. This has enabled me to offer a wider range of experiences to my clients. There is nothing I enjoy more than performing treatments.
