⭐️Week One Baby Massage Wednesday⭐️

A beautiful sunny morning for the start of our baby massage class. I really enjoyed meeting all of the new parents and babies.

The babies enjoyed a relaxing foot and leg massage and we shared our parenting highs and lows.

Baby Massage Classes take place in a light airy studio Knowles Studios located in the tranquil setting of White House Farm in Sprowston. There is plenty of free parking onsite, an amazing cafe and farm shop along with a number of other fabulous businesses. PM to register your interest in future classes.

Learn soothing and relaxing massage strokes for your baby each week building to a full body routine. Baby massage has numerous benefits including helping to provide relief from colic, constipation, teething and easing transition to sleep. It’s also a wonderful way to meet other parents.

This five week block is priced at £57 and spaces are limited. Classes are suitable from birth to twelve months or until baby is mobile.

⭐️Week Two⭐️

This week the babies enjoyed a relaxing tummy massage followed by a leg and foot massage. Strokes for the stomach are really helpful for easing trapped wind and constipation. We concluded the session with a chat about babies crying and the group came together to share their experiences and support.

⭐️Week One ⭐️

We started off the five week course with a relaxing leg and foot massage. We also got to know each other and had some great discussions around the changes that parenthood has brought to us. All parents received a bottle of cold pressed organic oil for the massage.

So lovely to meet all the new parents and babies. Already looking forward to next week’s class.

⭐️Week Five ⭐️

Lots of massage content today as we covered the full body massage, starting at the feet and finishing on the back. The babies also enjoyed some gentle movements and stretches.

Really sad to say goodbye to this lovely group in the last class of the five week block.

⭐️Week Four ⭐️

We learnt the last two sets of massage strokes to complete the full body routine. These included a relaxing back massage and a soothing face massage.

We finished with the parents sharing great tips for weaning. I loved hearing about everyone’s experiences.

⭐️Week Three ⭐️

We learnt our new strokes for the chest, arms and hands this week before revisiting strokes from the previous weeks. We had a good discussion about sleep or should I say lack of it and shared experiences and support.

We have a little break from classes next week before our week four session the following week.

⭐️Week Two ⭐️

We learnt some soothing strokes for babies tummy including a routine to help relieve colic. We revisited the leg and foot massage from week one and had some interesting discussions. There were some relaxed babies falling off to sleep following their massage 💤

So lovely to be back delivering classes at the beautiful Knowles Studio’s. A real pleasure to meet all of the parents and their babies joining the five week course.
