This weekend I discovered a charming cafe in Mattishall . Their cakes and coffee are amazing, and the upstairs play area is perfect for little ones, allowing adults to relax and enjoy their coffee. It's definitely worth checking out if you haven't been already. Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the play area ✨📚👶🏻

Come and pamper your little valentine at a lovely relaxed baby massage class on Thursday 12th February 💕

The session will include a full body massage followed by baby sensory and refreshments. Plus a chance to take photos of your baby if you wish.

Another 4 week baby massage course comes to an end ✨🍁 To finish the course we went over some lovely back strokes which gave the babies some tummy time.

Spend 30 minutes learning a gentle massage routine with your little one, followed by 30 minutes of Christmas sensory play, chat with other parents, a hot drink, and some sweet treats. 🍪☕

Capture a special moment with a Christmas-themed photo of your baby and dress them in their cutest outfit! 🎅
All mats, towels, cushions, and a relaxing sensory light projector are provided.

✨ A lovely week one session of baby massage today ✨
We started with the legs and feet, a wonderful way to boost circulation (especially as the colder months settle in ❄️) and gently relax all those hardworking little leg muscles. Babies really do some serious leg workouts! 😂💛
