How we see ourselves, the world around us and our future in that world can greatly change how we perceive our social interactions.

Every now and again, make time for you. Read a book, binge watch T.V, listen to music or take a bath...

Everyone has a different process, a different route to take. If it takes you a week to do what someone does in a day, just remember you arn't trying to finish first. People move at different paces at different times.
People have different lives, and we don't always do things in the same order. If someone else is where you want to be right now, try to understand that you may have achieved something they havn't, they maybe looking at you thinking the same thing.

If you feel like your tunnel is everlasting, it maybe time to ask for help. Sometimes we need to talk to other people before we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
No matter how close we get by ourselves, it's always okay to have help.

This is very similar to the phrase, fake it til you make it.
If we put on a mask everyday for long enough, those behaviours and thoughts can become a geniune part of ourselves.
This can be a positive tool though, you can build yourself up and create the person you always wanted to be. It all starts with one step
