We’re looking for an organised, proactive Care Coordinator to join our team and help deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
What you’ll do:
✨ Manage rotas
✨ Support daily care operations
✨ Carry out spot checks & care plan reviews
✨ Work closely with staff, Service Users & families
✨ Support recruitment, training & on‑call rota
What we need:
✔ NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
✔ Care experience + supervisory duties
✔ Strong admin/IT skills
✔ Full UK driving licence
Desirable: NVQ Level 3, domiciliary care experience, electronic rostering experience.
