My classes are more than just stretching. We focus on gentle strength, functional movement for birth, breathwork for labour, deep relaxation and building trust in your body.

💜I offer relaxed, no-pressure consultation chats if you’re curious about having a doula by your side. That might be because a previous birth felt tricky, you’ve heard lots of birth stories, you’re feeling a bit nervous or unsure, or simply because you’d love to feel more supported as you prepare for birth. All of those reasons (and everything in between) are so valid ✨

🤍We can meet in a cosy coffee shop, I can come to your home, or we can chat over the phone if that feels easier.
I always feel an in-person chat can be really special – it gives us space to properly get to know each other – but I’m just as happy to start with a phone call if that’s more convenient.

💜There’s absolutely no obligation to book. It’s simply a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and see if I’m the right fit for you and your birth 🤍

The next pregnancy yoga block begins later this month in February, and I’d love to welcome you into our cosy yurt space 🌿

These classes are open from 12 weeks pregnant right through to 40+ weeks — wherever you are on your journey.

You’re also welcome to join at any point, whether that’s at the start of the block or halfway through 🤍

✨ The hardest part isn’t labour — it’s the decision. ✨
As a doula, this is the moment I see so many women struggle with most.
🌱 You may have gone into pregnancy feeling clear
📖 You’ve learned about physiological birth
🌀 You understand why induction can sometimes lead to more intervention
Then an appointment changes things.
🩺 A recommendation is made
📊 A “risk” is mentioned
And suddenly you’re left thinking…
💭 What if I choose wrong?
🤍 One thing I gently remind women of is to ask for actual numbers.
⚠️ When someone says a risk “doubles”, it can sound frightening — but context matters.
📉 For example, a risk may increase from 0.2% to 0.4%
🔢 That’s technically double — but hearing it as 2 in 1,000 becoming 4 in 1,000 often feels very different.
🌸 It’s also important to remember that risk isn’t only physical.
💫 Birth experience matters too.
✨ Induction can be the right choice
🧩 And for some, it can also increase the chance of further interventions
💬 Feeling rushed, overwhelmed or unheard
🫶 These experiences can play a role in birth trauma, regardless of how a baby is born
🌿 Fear doesn’t need to lead the decision — preparation can.

We met at the gorgeous SunFry , just on the outskirts of Norwich 🌿 — the perfect space to gather, share food 🥗, and slow down together.

Around the table were midwives 👩‍⚕️, doulas 🤱, hypnobirthing teachers 🌀, an acupuncturist 🌱, other birth professionals… and their babies too 👶💫
Because we’re not only supporting families — we’re all mothers walking this path together 💞

Hey lovely people 👋

I’m Em (short for Emmeline) — 46, a proud Gen X gal and total 90s teen who still knows every word to every Spice Girls songs 😆🎶but was very much into Sleeper, Cranberries, Snoop & Cyprus hill!! 💜🤟🏼

I’ve always been a bit of a free spirit — school wasn’t really my jam (hello, dyslexia 👋) but creativity? That’s where I came alive. Art college, a degree in photography, and a backpacking adventure around the world with my best friend all shaped who I am today 🌍

Somewhere along the way, I fell head over heels for coffee, cake, and community ☕🍰 — opening my first business, Cherryleaf, where my love for people truly grew. Fast forward through motherhood (after a long fertility journey ❤️), a few cake clubs, storytelling jobs, and a whole lot of soul searching… and here I am — a yoga teacher and doula helping women find calm, confidence, and joy in birth 🌿

I’m also a proud wifey and mama to one amazing boy — the light of my world and my biggest teacher in love and patience 💕

I believe breath heals ✨

Now, my days are filled with movement, mindful moments, mamas, and the occasional brownie (because balance, right? 😉).
