I am a licensed massage therapist and intuitive healer offering treatments in the Hastings area & London that are relaxing, empowering and tailored for you. I am qualified in Holistic and Advanced Deep Tissue massage and often intuitively blend these techniques according to what my client presents on the day. I also use a combination of breath work and guided meditation at the beginning of all treatments so you can arrive more fully within. My main therapy is Insight Healing, a safe energy healing modality that combines Reiki, intuitive channelling, deep presence and nervous system awareness. It works effectively at clearing 'blocks' and trapped emotions in the energy biofield, often sensing strong imagery and feelings of past life and ancestral memories. Using physical touch/massage for grounding it returns feelings of coherence in the body, emotional balance and release and crucially emotional embodied insight. Through awareness, love and the breath I release and transmute whatever presents itself, empowering my clients with this and any other messages the subconscious mind/body would like you to receive. The long term effects that I see in my clients are a strengthening of life purpose, increased intuitive abilities and awareness of their own energy fields, and an overall improvement in health and well being.

Meet Klausbernd Vollmar, former Professor, expert on symbolism and avid Tarot Lover!

The beauty of morphic resonance is the synchronization. On Wednesday afternoon I was ruminating on where to get three more decks for my workshop and that evening 'out of the blue' I received an email from Klausbernd explaining he had over 100 ready for sale!

By Friday morning I was parked up in Cley on Sea experiencing Tarot heaven 🃏❤️

His German publisher is part of Carta Mundi, the world’s largest publisher of Tarot cards.

As a specialist in symbolism — or more precisely, semiotics — he received a number of Tarot decks from his publisher over the years.

He had such a fascinating story around how he got into it, from a Jungian approach of a therapist through to living on a commune in the 70s in the US where nearly everyone had a deck, I decided to record a small interview with him.

The Power Of Tarot Sisterhood ♀️🔥

Loved diving deep today using interactive education and pair work on the Major & Minor Arcanas of the Tarot.

This life coaching tool has stood the test of time through all kinds of political upheaval and esoteric projections. Its durable appeal lies in the varied archetypal symbolism that speaks to the human condition and cuts to the chase.

These workshops contain solid content and somatic practices including Rom games for developing instinctive intelligence to sense your own and others energy.

We also practiced Heart Coherence and Focused Imagination for accessing our own symbolic intuition.

This is the knowledge our ancient ancestors knew and used! Combining both - instincts and intuition - is what all strong psychics have who work for the highest good.

By the end these lovely ladies were channelling readings in pairs for each other ❤️ and great to have Seven Sisters attend (like the Pleiades ✨)

One of my Summer highlights - delivering a 'Power Of Tarot' workshop at the Escape To Tranquility Yoga Retreat with Matspace Studios Ltd and Suzy Rose Coaching at Ufford Hall, a great location to explore the story of this powerful life coaching tool.

What a beautiful group of souls to channel with!

I loved the play and challenge of on the spot card pulls and then channelling deeper readings on the Sunday for attendees.

We all enjoyed two days with a top notch holistic wellbeing team, the gorgeous natural surroundings and yum food provided by amazing Trish.

Laughing Yoga, Qi Gung, Pilates, Kirtan and even a whole pack of quirky dogs weaving around 🐾

Definitely a retreat to watch out for further events ✨

A big loved up overdue dancey thank you to crew for their annual retreat at the Leela Centre in Dorset last weekend.

I hardly have photos as I was completely immersed! I want to thank Seth, Di and all the team for holding such a strong and alive space with integrity.

I arrived with a clear intention to really go deep into my dance but also connect with others. I was also working as a therapist so to receive all of this in a way that felt natural and aligned was such a gift.

The music was fantastic too 😁 big big love.

I am qualified in Swedish Holistic and Advanced Deep Tissue Body Massage and often intuitively blend these techniques according to what my client presents on the day, restoring a sense of embodied well being and releasing muscular tension and stress from the body.

I use a combination of meditative breath work and guided touch at the beginning of all treatments so you can arrive more fully within, offering you the chance to deeply relax into a safe space that is sensitively held, receiving deep nourishment and healing.

I offer Reiki infused Massage, blending this beautiful healing modality with all of the above.
