It's been a while since I posted here but I'm so happy to share that my yoga class in Postwick will be back up and running in September, Postwick, every Tuesday morning from 9.30-10.30am 🌞.

These sessions are all about moving with ease, regulating the breath, and leaving feeling both energised and calm.

Everyone is welcome - all ages, all levels, no experience needed.

Come as you are and give yourself the gift of a little midweek reset. See you on the mat 🙂

In a false alarm for the ages, police officers attended a call to a class being held at a cafe in the north of England, mistakenly believing it to be the site of a mass murder.
