Proof that Reflexology can reduce the heart rate and cause deep relaxation?

This is a graph from my Monday 11.00am client‘s Fitbit. As you can see there is a dramatic drop in their heart rate between 11.00-12.00 from 96 bpm
to 54 bpm. Lower than their sleeping heart rate 😊.
