Policy Update | From January 2026

To ensure optimal scheduling and availability for our valued patients, a deposit will be required for all bookings.

💳 Deposit amounts:
• £50 — Mr Beigi appointments
• £30 — Therapist appointments
• 50% of treatment price — CO₂ lesion removal & resurfacing

📞 Deposits can be paid over the phone or at reception.

⏰ Cancellation policy:
• 72 hours’ notice required to receive a refund
• Deposits may be transferred once in the event of illness
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit
• Rescheduling after a no-show requires full payment in advance
