Hi , just wanted to let you know that Thursday 12th March is the last day that I have spaces available for the back massage offer at ยฃ15.
Thursday 19th March 6:45 - 8 pm meditation group ยฃ10 each.
This will be taking us into Spring equinox ๐Ÿ’•
As always there are 5 spaces available so that you can rest in one of the sofa chairs and really relax๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒธ

Sometimes we can do a lot more for people when they are capable of doing things themselves. It could be in your nature to do those extra things at work or around the house but why?

Learning the lesson the hard way can be hurtful and make you feel frustrated.

Do what you want for people but set boundaries for your own self preservation.

Step back and evaluate what they do for you....that saying if the shoe was on the other foot springs to mind.
