Who we are

Welcome to Hushabye Infant Massage. Within our classes we believe that we provide a calm, relaxed, supportive and welcoming environment where the traditional art of baby massage can be discussed and practiced.

Glyn is a certified infant massage instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage and has over 25 years experience in working with children and families.

Hushabye Infant Massage provides five week intimate group classes for children from birth to crawling (although techniques that are learnt are life long). Parents and care givers will learn techniques which encompass both Indian and Swedish massage strokes and also include principles of reflexology and yoga. We believe that through these proven techniques positive interaction and stimulation promote bonding and attachment as well as providing relaxation and relief for both parent and child.

During the classes parents/care givers will learn how to communicate better with their baby and read infant cues by means of positive interactions. There will also be discussions on various baby related topics. Our classes are non-judgemental and we aim to promote a environment where parents/care givers can relax, chat openly and build positive relationships with other adults thus building an extended support network.
