UEA GP Society is a fun and enthusiastic society that appeals to anyone interested in finding out more about a career in General Practice. We offer a wide range of interactive talks, career workshops and conference opportunities to give you an insight into the varied roles and opportunities offered by a career in General Practice and to help you understand if this is the right pathway for you. We also offer regular revision events and support/ mentoring for students in the earlier years of Medical School. Furthermore, our society is proud to have Professor Amanda Howe, Chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), as our society’s honorary president.
