It looks as if the weather is going to be kind tomorrow, dry but possibly a bit cooler. We will meet in the Community Centre car park and set off at 10am.

I thought we could walk up Heath Road and take the path back to Greyhound Lane. If we are so minded, that would allow us to stop off briefly at the war memorial a little before 11am to mark Remembrance Sunday before resuming for the second half of our walk. We could continue up towards Hunts Corner, across the filed and bank via Banham Fen.

Hopefully you can join me. There's no need to book, just turn up and enjoy a nice steady walk and chat.

I'm planning another leisurely walk around Banham on Sunday 9th November finishing with a nice cuppa and cake. Plenty of time to chat and catch up with friends or make new ones. It's surprising how uplifting a walk under the big Norfolk sky can be, so join me if you can.

I'm looking forward to Sunday 19th and a walk around the public footpaths around Banham and hope that some of you can join me. Meet up in the Banham Community Centre carpark and set out around 10am. The walks will probably take between 1 hr 10 mins to 2 hrs and we can stop for a coffee towards the end.

This coming Sunday morning starting at 10am from the Community Centre car park, our first group walk. The weather forecast suggest it will be dry in the morning but we'd best be prepared for some showers and be prepared to keep our feet dry. The route will be around 3.9 long and we take a leisurely walk and will hopefully be able to stop for a coffee towards the end at Banham Butchers at Appleyard.

I hope you can join me for a walk and a mardle!

One week today, we step out on our first Walk for Wellbeing. It's a chance to walk in our lovely countryside while having chat with companions about "life, the universe and everything". All you need is footwear to keep your feet dry and something to keep the rain out. If we are lucky it will be sunny and dry. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep them on leads and bring poo bags.

The walk is completely free but you might bring some change for a coffee afterwards to go with some free cake.

Please let me know if you will be joining me.
