✨ What a beautiful evening ✨
Last night’s sound baths at Brooke were pure magic. The room was aglow with soft projections, twinkling fairy lights and the gentle hum of gongs, bowls and chimes. Everyone was wrapped up cosy in blankets, relaxed and radiant.
The sound bath for parents, carers and children was a brand new offering, and such a joy to share. The young people were so curious and brave, trying out some of the instruments and really feeling the sounds. Thank you to all the families who came along and supported something new; it really meant so much.
For the adults’ session, on the theme of letting go and making space, it was such a full and heartwarming gathering. Some people were new to sound baths, others seasoned travellers in sound. Had there been many more of us, I think I might’ve had to take to the stage!
It filled me with gratitude to see friends, family and new faces all coming together in such a beautiful space. Sorry if I didn’t get to chat properly with everyone, and please do keep in touch here on social media until I see you again in person. I’m already hoping to book another event at Brooke soon… it really was the perfect venue, and an even more perfect crowd. 🌙
