I hope everyone’s had a lovely weekend! Just to let you all know, I have some slots for sports massage therapy still available for next Saturday! 15:00 is the earliest. I’m based at Milestone Therapy Centre in Stalham 📍

All of our appointments include an assessment (both subjective and physical), a sports massage treatment, and some advice on injury prevention and exercises.

In all of our sessions you’ll receive a sports massage, along with advice about stretches or exercises you can do to help you recover. If it’s appropriate, we will refer you onto other practitioners that may be able to use their skills to help you too such as a physiotherapist

I started placement this week at a MSK outpatient clinic! I’m a 3rd year physiotherapy student and this is my 5th placement. I learnt so much in just 1 week and I’m very excited for the 4 more weeks I have left!

Big 5 weeks ahead. Placements the time where I develop the most, as I’m getting stuck into the exact work i’ll be doing this time next year.
