I came to see you five weeks before I ran the virtual London marathon in October 21. I was have real trouble with my breathing and energy and was contemplating pulling out as couldn’t get over 10 miles without stopping. The Sunday after I saw you I ran 18 miles non-stop. I completed the marathon 33 miles faster than the virtual London last year and knocked 8 minutes off my best ever time. You restored my faith that I’m not past it and still have plenty of running in me. I don’t know what you do or how you do it but I’m glad you do!
