Self-limiting beliefs are those sneaky thoughts that tell us we’re not ready, not good enough, or can’t change. We all have them - and they can quietly hold us back more than we realise.

As part of our Samhain workshop, we’re each writing down something we’d like to let go of. For me, it’s those self-limiting beliefs.

Samhain feels like the perfect moment for this - a time to release what’s no longer serving us and make a little space for something new to grow. 🍂✨

What would you like to let go of this season?

✨ Magic is a key element in all of our Rewilding Rituals, we love taking time to weave in unexpected treasures as the evening unfolds.

🌿 Inspired by our ancestor's folklore and traditional ways, we’re discovering ways to connect our collective past with our present to tune into the natural world and celebrate the turning of the seasons.

☀️ We spent the longer Summer days gathering and pressing flowers and creating herb bundles ready to harvest for Mabon (the second of the harvest festivals that arrived at the end of September).

🌙 We loved sharing the natural herb incense and pressed flowers affirmations with the group that met us to celebrate Mabon during our Moon Wreath Ritual. Celebrating with this special group gave us time to pause, reflect and appreciate the Summer months while looking ahead to what Autumn has in store 🍂

Our next Rewilding Ritual evening falls on All Hallows, Friday 31st October from 6pm to 8pm at Carrow House, Eventbrite link in bio for full details 🌿✨️

Join us on Friday 31st October, in the historic orangery for a soulful alternative to Halloween
🍂✨

Together we’ll make clay altars - pieces that can hold intentions, memories, and seasonal offerings - while exploring the deeper themes of the ancient Celtic tradition of Samhain: reflection, release and renewal.

Expect an atmospheric space - soulful sounds, aromatic scents, tarot symbolism for inspiration - and seasonal treats to share.

This will be a moment to pause, get creative and connect with ourselves (and others) in preparation for the darker days of autumn and winter.

Book your ticket via our eventbrite page 🍂✨

Autumn is just around the corner and we've been embracing the season by creating hedgerow moon wreaths from the abundance of berries and foliage that surround us, both in the Norfolk countryside and in the city centre! 🌿

We have loved experimenting with a mixture of dried foliage collected in the Summer months and fresh Autumn cuttings to reflect the balance that Mabon (Autumn equinox) represents 🍂✨️

Join us in this beautiful creative ritual, carving out time to reflect on all that Summer has gifted us and all that Autumn has to offer. We are gathering on Friday 26th Septmber at (6-8pm) to slow the pace and create moon wreaths to welcome in the new season. Tickets are available via the Eventbrite link in our bio ✨️🌿

We’re gathering! There are so many lovely textures out there 🌾🍁

One of the beauties about using dried elements in a wreath is that they are long lasting. Some finds even self-dry as they go to seed, so they’re ready to use straight away.

Look for grasses, poppy seed heads, pine cones, honesty seed pods and teasels.

If you’re in Norwich, you might have spotted one of these posters around the city 🍁✨

This autumn we’re gathering for two Rewilding Rituals

Moon wreaths - a twist on the traditional autumn wreath - weave wild and foraged foliage into a crescent moon shape to honour the changing season and moon’s cycles 🌙

Clay Altars for Samhain (All Hallows Eve) – create a personal altar from clay, a place to hold your intentions, memories or seasonal treasures at home (think candles, flowers, photographs, incense, written words, collected objects) 🕯️

Both are creative, atmospheric workshops designed to help you connect with yourself, the season, and nature’s rhythms.

Today was the perfect sunny Sunday for harvesting herbs to dry ready for our autumn wreath making 🌞🌿

We love September, the gentle ease into autumn, when all the warm, sunny days feel like an added bonus.

We are beaming seeing these amazing photos from Little Lifts! We had such a lovely time doing our botanical clay workshop for them at The Walled Garden Shop at Plumstead.
