Norwich people!
Our next Red Tent is a Winter Solstice circle. It will be held on the magical Ash Tree Yurt, on Plumsted rd. We will have the fire burning and lots of cushions and blankets to keep us cozy.
This will be an opportunity to carve out time for rest gently reconnect with ourselves amidst the chaos that Christmas can bring. Together, we’ll share mindfulness, reflection, and the warmth of each others' company as the year turns toward the light once more.
Our evening will include:
❄️A guided solstice meditation, honouring both darkness and dawn
❄️A sharing circle, held with presence and deep listening
❄️A creative ritual - Herbal Bundles for Renewal - blending fragrant herbs with intention and care
❄️Herbal teas & cosy comfort by firelight
This is a space to exhale, to open your heart to the quiet promise of renewal and feel into the year ahead.
