Macey also came to visit us with her mum to spend some time with our residents. It means so much when someone takes time to out of there day to come and spread some intergenerational happiness with others.

Ryan joined us for the first time yesterday at Two Acres Care Home to entertain our residents.

An inspiring morning spent with our visitor’s from Taverham Junior School at Two Acres Care Home . It was lovely to witness all joining together to create some intergenerational magic and leave the students with positive thoughts and opinions about care homes. This is another of many events made possible due to our on going relationship with Friend in Deed

Around 515. Entry is free but any donations would be appreciated. Refreshments will be available with all money raised going to our residents amenities fund.

Our Friend in Deed Little Visitors group next week takes place at Rose Unit when we welcome some children’s entertainment for the morning to the group.

Looking ahead to half term week, as usual on the Wednesday but instead of meeting at Two Acres Care Home we will meet at Taverham police station as Little Visitors and our residents have been invited to take a look around .

About Two Acres Care Home

Two Acres is divided into four Units providing all levels of care for older people, each with its own focus of care speciality.

Two Acres has developed a speciality in caring for older people with dementia and looks at individual needs and diversity.

The Home is set in pleasant landscaped gardens, with easy wheelchair access and seating areas. ‘Maple village’ is used during summer weather for coffee mornings and entertainment.
