This energy is here to mutate, disrupt, and bring something new. It does not exist to fit in neatly or make everyone comfortable. It can feel edgy, creative, ahead of its time, and at times deeply misunderstood. But this is often the energy that changes things.

Some people carry strong Tribal circuitry.
This energy is here to support, protect, provide, and hold people together. It is deeply connected to family, community, business, values, and the practical care that keeps life moving. This energy often feels responsible and committed.

Some people carry strong Collective circuitry.
This energy is here to gather experience, recognise patterns, and share wisdom. It learns through life, observation, and story. It wants to make sense of what happened and pass that understanding on so others can benefit.

Most people are not just one thing.

You may have parts of you that are deeply individual and need freedom.
Parts of you that are tribal and care fiercely for your people.
And parts of you that are collective and want to share what you know.

This matters because it explains so much.

You have become so good at holding it together
that no one notices you’re disappearing.

Do you notice you’re disappearing?

Yet you still show up.
You still do what needs to be done.
You still keep things moving for everyone.
You still carry what others drop.

From the outside, it can look like strength.
Capability.
Resilience.
Having it all handled.

But underneath?

You are so tired in places rest does not reach.
You are making yourself smaller and smaller in ways that have become so normal, you barely clock it.
You are available to everyone else, while drifting further from yourself.

This is how self-abandonment can look in grown women.

Quiet, steady disappearance.

You are still functioning, still coping, still being the one people can rely on, nobody thinks to ask if this version of you is costing you too much.

At some point, this stops being strength and starts becoming a heavy mask.

A life that fits you, a life that you actually want, should not require you to keep leaving yourself out of you own life.

This is the work.

Noticing where you have become so adapted, so responsible, so practised at carrying it all, that you can no longer feel where you end and everyone else begins.

The places where your gifts, expression and life force naturally flow.

 

This is why channels matter.
