Human Design Types and the Energy of Imbolc in preparation for the incoming energies.

Imbolc marks the midpoint between winter and spring..a time of quiet awakening, renewal, and preparation for growth. The earth begins to stir beneath the surface, and so do inner intentions. Each Human Design type experiences this seasonal shift in a unique way, reflecting how energy moves through and expresses itself in the world.

Manifestors
Imbolc invites Manifestors to reconnect with their inner spark. This is a season to listen deeply before initiating. The quiet energy of early spring supports rest and reflection, allowing new ideas to form before taking bold action. When inspiration strikes, it’s time to set intentions in motion and trust the ripple effect that follows.

Generators
For Generators, Imbolc is a time to respond to what feels alive. The returning light mirrors the rekindling of inner fire. This season encourages following excitement and curiosity, planting seeds of projects or passions that feel energising. The key is to move only when the sacral response says 'yes,' allowing satisfaction to guide the way.

Manifesting Generators
Imbolc energy aligns beautifully with the dynamic nature of Manifesting Generators. This is a time to explore multiple sparks of inspiration, experiment, and refine what truly lights up the body. The season supports flexibility..letting go of what no longer fits and embracing new directions that feel aligned and efficient.

Projectors
For Projectors, Imbolc offers a gentle reminder to rest and recalibrate before the full bloom of spring. This is a season to refine vision, nurture wisdom, and prepare to guide others when the time is right. Invitations may begin to appear as the light grows, so staying open and receptive allows recognition to flow naturally.

Reflectors
Imbolc is a sacred mirror for Reflectors, symbolising subtle transformation. The shifting season invites reflection on what feels ready to emerge and what needs release. This is a time to honor cycles, observe the environment, and align with spaces and people that feel nourishing as new beginnings take root.

I've been diving into Human Design lately… and honestly, It's lit me up!

It feels like a blueprint for how our energy is meant to move in the world and when I weave it in with my other tools… the potential for transformation is huge.

I can already see how supportive it’s going to be for my clients, not only helping them release what no longer serves them, but also showing them how they’re designed to thrive.

This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to share more.

Reflections of an almost 50yr old!

This photo was taken by my incredibly talented brother. Ironically, it’s the first of his I didn’t like. When I saw it, my first thought was, "I look old."

He sent it to me with a message “I know you won’t like this pic, but I do. This is how I see you—the depth behind those eyes, the things you carry. What’s not to like? You’re a survivor, full of wisdom.”

His words hit me softly yet powerfully, reminding me of what I often forget—I am a survivor. I’ve been resilient since birth. I came into this world two months early, in a time when survival wasn’t guaranteed. Yet here I am.

As I stand on the threshold of 50, I look back on my 40s and feel nothing but gratitude for my resilience. It’s been a decade of self-exploration—spiritually, emotionally, physically—and now, I’m ready to embrace what’s next.

My journey into chapter 50 is about learning more about myself, diving even deeper into who I am. With all I’ve gained, I’ll continue to support women as they navigate their own paths—whether in their 30s, 40s, 50s, or beyond.

Now, when I look at this picture, I see so much more than myself. I see the faces of my ancestors—the strong, resilient women who came before me. The ones who stayed silent, who made themselves small to survive, but whose power never diminished.

This next phase—my wise woman era—will be about honoring them, their strength and their wisdom and honoring myself. I feel the Universe has something big in store for me, and I’m ready to listen.

Even though I have studied personal development alongside spiritual practices and coached or mentored people for last 10 years.

I have to admit that I’ve been playing small and not yet making the impact I know that I’m here to make.

Because of fear! Fear of being ridiculed, fear of becoming too ‘big for my boots’ fear of losing love from those closest to me.

I haven’t shared much about my story and why I’m so passionate about my work. But that changes this week! I've joined Thrive Academy’s 5-Day Challenge to support me to be more VISIBLE and share more of my story with you…

Because I know that there are a lot of women, I could help who are now experiencing the physical and emotional changes that come with approaching peri/ menopausal age. These women are questioning who they are and what they want, often burdened with responsibility for everyone else, who don’t get their own needs met, not even a little bit! Their self-confidence and self-worth are at rock bottom. Women who now know it’s their time to claim visibility, to claim their voice and have presence in their own lives!
