Michael is a fully qualified/insured level 3 therapist specialising in therapeutic deep-tissue & relaxing/calming massage treatments, Organic Facial/Skincare treatments for men & women, Hopi Ear candles, Pre Natal Massage. He is also a trained Fitness Pilates instructor offering one to one or couples lessons, beginners a speciality. Michael aims to help you and your body deal with the stress & strains of everyday life and the effects this has on the body as a whole, your mind and inner sense of well-being enabling it to heal and restore itself naturally. In 2013, Michael completed 3 months as a volunteer massage therapist for Notts County Football Club. Michael also offers Wellness in the Workplace with local companies.
