Our CEO Anna and Registered Manager Stacey met with the Setagaya Government delegation yesterday (alongside colleagues from Southwark Council), welcoming them to one of our Flexicare schemes.

We had valuable discussions on how success is measured, not by time and task, but through achievement of outcomes, sustained impact, and satisfaction over time.
