Jan appointments.

With chirstmas now out the way it's time to look to the new year. Appointments are now available for reiki, Hopi ear candling and Indian head massage.

There are some evening appointments also available on the Wednesdays listed above.

Please get in touch if you would like to treat yourself to some self care in 2024.

C R O W N

I know you shouldn't have favourites but this has to be mine. This Chakra often gives me the most feedback especially from open minded people.

This chakra is thought to connect us to our higher selves, a level of consciousness not known currently in this world and enlightenment.

T H I R D E Y E

This chakra is considered to be where the 6th sense is located.

It is also believed that the third eye helps us to see beyond the physical world. It's a place where our intuition and higher knowledge can be found.

this energy centre governs good communication.

Especially at this time of year when people pleasing is at its highest this centre can become blocked very easily and communication can have poorer quality.

This chakra governs your strength, your ego, and your willpower. It is the centre of where you get things done and your sense of self.

S A C R A L

It is thought that the sacral chakra is linked to creativity and sensuality. It governs our emotions. When balanced it allows us to feel our feelings more deeply without them controlling us.

The function of this energy centre is pleasure and enjoyment of life.

R O O T

The root chakra is thought to be the chakra that holds the key to opening up all the other chakras.

During your reiki session my hands will be positioned on your hips, the base of your spine or suspended just above the location of this chakra.

The root chakra is thought to be the foundation chakra. Much like anything you build upon a stable and secure base is a necessity.

Have a scroll through and see if you think your root chakra is balanced or are there obvious imbalances you are experiencing.

C H A K R A S

Despite being from different traditions reiki and chakras blend so well together.

All my reiki sessions incorporate the use of each of the 7 chakras and many sessions also include the balancing of them.

The 7 chakras represent the 7 different energy centres within our body. You can think of them as like spinning wheels. If they become blocked and the wheels stop turning this can causes imbalances in the body.

Alot of people are skeptical over reiki. I really love when those people come to me and walk away with their minds completely changed.

Reiki has such good results that it is widely advertised by medical sites as a complimentary therapy.

Cancer research UK, parkinsons care and the multiple sclerosis Trust are just a few sites who advertise reiki as a therapy to help their patients.

I had been interested in reiki for sometime. After sending my mum for treatment for spinal nerve pain and seeing a huge difference in her symptoms I knew it was time to learn the art of reiki to continue to help her.
