Mastering Mocktails…..

Here at Bramcote Hills, our residents enjoyed a very fun activity last week as they attempted making their very own mocktails. We used a wide variety of different fruits and juices allowing each resident to create their own special blend to enjoy and indulge in.

The end results were absolutely delicious and refreshing and this is certainly something we will be doing again in the future!

Fun For Everyone…..

Here at Bramcote Hills, we love to take part in regular enjoyable games with our residents. One of the more popular is balloon fun, which we set up a game for recently and had an incredibly enjoyable time!

We are sure that we will be playing this once again soon.

Perfect Pamper…..

Some of our lovely ladies here at Bramcote Hills had a relaxing pamper afternoon at the home recently, this is a popular thing for our residents to do as it gives them their individuality and allows them to express theirselves a little. We had a great time and they all had their nails painted in their favourite, lovely colours.

Happy Birthday Alan!…..

Last week at Bramcote Hills, we celebrated the birthday of one of our lovely residents, Alan. There were lots of cards and presents that arrived and he was presented a lovely chocolate cake to celebrate his special day.

Expressing Their Talents…….

Some of our residents at Bramcote Hills frequently take part in arts and crafts sessions at the home, our most recent session involved some paint by number artwork. Residents that took part in what was a very enjoyable activity had a great time and we ended up with some brilliant art to show for it!

Decorating Delicious Treats…..

Here at Bramcote Hills, our residents recently took part in decorating some iced buns for everyone to indulge in. There were a variety of toppings used such as sprinkles and chocolate chips to make a selection of wonderful desserts to be enjoyed with a nice cup of tea!

Perfect Pizzas……

Our residents at Bramcote Hills recently spent an afternoon making some pizzas! We made both smaller versions and one large pizza for everyone to indulge in, adding a variety of toppings such as sweetcorn, peppers, ham, and tomatoes to create some delicious flavours.

A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon rounded off with some tasty treats!

Card Making……

Here at Bramcote Hills, our residents recently spent some time making some cards for the upcoming birthdays we have at the home. It was a wonderful opportunity for our residents to once again showcase their creativity and we are sure that the excellent designs will put smiles on the faces of all the recipients!

Mother’s Day Preparations……

Last week at Bramcote Hills, we spent some time designing and painting our very own flowers ahead of Mother’s Day. Our residents each picked out their choice of colours and got to work expressing their inner artists.

We also got to work painting our own plant pots for some lovely daffodils to rest in - the end result looks absolutely gorgeous.

Bramcote Birthdays Galore!…..

Here at the home, last week was full of non-stop birthday celebrations, we had Pat’s on the 3rd, Stanley’s on the 5th, Janneke’s on the 6th and then Eileen’s on the 7th! Each were given their own selection of personalised cupcakes of their favourite flavours.

It was a week of fun-filled action and we hope everyone had a wonderful time!
