If you are Strength Training as you lose weight, your body will prioritise and protect muscle tissue and tend to burn more body fat for energy. Muscle tissue burns a lot of energy. When you are trying to lose weight and keep it off, it is critical that you do all that you can to burn primarily body fat and preserve muscle mass.

Your Coach is always with you, in the circuit, ready to observe you movement and make adjustments, which may seem minor, but can have major impact on your results. As you get fitter and Stronger, your Coach will adjust your technique, so you are always getting the best workout. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

๐Ÿ˜Ž Vision boards are lots of fun and can act like a roadmap for your year. You can go crazy with your ideas, or you can keep it really simple but one thing is certain, done right a vision board can help you make decisions, keep your commitments (to yourself!) and refresh your motivation!

๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝIf you haven't achieved it yet, understand that despite how it feels it is NOT the norm!๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝOur Curves Smartยฎ system sets targets, personal to each of us, and hitting every single one on the same day is something we get very excited about!

*๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š ALL GREENS ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š means that these ladies have hit all their personal targets on each machine, working each muscle group evenly and it refers to the data the system shows them at the end of their workouts, showing a green dot on every muscle they have achieved their target on.

It shows they are getting STRONGER ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช and are ready for an increase in their PI (Performance Index) target to keep them challenged.๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝStrength Training and being stronger will make your daily routines a whole lot easier and will reduce your risk of common health problems such as back problems, osteoporosis, joint pain AND reduce your risk of chronic disease such as cancer.

You will look better AND feel better!

๐Ÿ“ฃ In case you haven't heard... Next week we say goodbye to our Senior Circuit Coach as she hangs up her Coaching hat in favour of something, well, a little quieter ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜…

๐Ÿ˜ญ We are sad and happy for her, in equal measure, because she has been our unfailing cheerleader for 9 and a half years (which is a really long time)!

๐Ÿ’œ The countdown to the big goodbye is on and we will not be apologising for the photo bombing that is likely as we celebrate this incredible woman!
