I know it sounds counterintuitive but one thing we see all the time is women trying so hard to get everything right, they end up not doing anything...
1๏ธโฃ So you can only do one workout this week? Then do that, don't not do one because you can't do 3....
๐ซฉ Not feeling it? Do it anyway, it doesn't matter and you will probably, most likely, definitely feel better for doing it that going home to the ๐๏ธ (because you can do that after as well!)
