I know it sounds counterintuitive but one thing we see all the time is women trying so hard to get everything right, they end up not doing anything...

1๏ธโƒฃ So you can only do one workout this week? Then do that, don't not do one because you can't do 3....
๐Ÿซฉ Not feeling it? Do it anyway, it doesn't matter and you will probably, most likely, definitely feel better for doing it that going home to the ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ (because you can do that after as well!)
๐Ÿคจ Not sure if you can make it/ want to/ got time to? Yes, yes and yes...

๐Ÿ’ช Whether you've not exercised in a while (months or years), or have never exercised (properly), or have had bad experiences before - our workout is for you.

๐Ÿ“ The story we often hear is "I wish I had done it sooner". What's holding you back? Usually fear. If we don't see women like us exercising, how will we know what's possible? How will we know what women's bodies actually look like IRL? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ How will we know that our bodies, are just like everyone else's, and can do so much more than we realise?

๐Ÿ˜Ž We don't need to lose weight to start exercising. We don't even need to lose weight to improve our health. We need to move our bodies every. single. day.

๐Ÿฉถ 27 men gave our circuit a go! (Don't forget our machines are specially designed for women so if they look awkward, that's partly why ๐Ÿ˜)

Your Coach is always with you, in the circuit, ready to observe you movement and make adjustments, which may seem minor, but can have major impact on your results. As you get fitter and Stronger, your Coach will adjust your technique, so you are always getting the best workout. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Your Coach is also that person who will be silly with you ๐Ÿคช celebrate with you ๐Ÿฅณ and encourage you to keep going! ๐Ÿ™Œ
