Keyline Care Supported Living is recruiting for a Female Support Worker (Waking Nights) in Mansfield. This full-time role (36 hrs) is crucial for ensuring the safety and continuity of support for adults with complex needs (Autism, Learning Disabilities) overnight.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a support/care role.
✅ Night Focus: Remaining awake and alert, managing night-time routines, monitoring health/safety, and maintaining accurate records.
✅ Skills: Confidence in de-escalating challenging behaviours and promoting wellbeing.
✅ Compensation: £13.00 per hour, 28 days annual leave, casual dress.
