The home provides care and support for adults over the age of 60 to live a full life. The home has an experienced staff team dedicated to provide personal care to the residents respecting their dignity.

We had a wonderful afternoon yesterday as Colin Shaw joined us for a live performance. Our residents absolutely loved it — they sang along, tapped their feet, and moved with the music! 💃🕺

Our residents had the most wonderful time as we welcomed Bits & Bobs Playgroup for a morning full of giggles, cuddles, and play! 💕 Watching little ones explore, laugh, and share their smiles truly brightened everyone’s day.

It’s amazing how the laughter of children can fill a room with warmth and love. 🧸✨

A big thank you to the Burton Joyce U3A Ukulele Group for visiting us and filling our home with such joyful tunes! 🎵💛 Our residents had a fantastic time singing along to some well-loved classics and even tapping their feet to the rhythm.

🎃 Halloween Fun at Willow Brook Care Home! 👻

What a spooktacular day we had celebrating Halloween with our Residents, staff, Families and little visitors! 🧡

We kicked off the morning with some pumpkin carving — our Residents showed off their creative skills and made some truly gourd-geous designs! 🎃

After that, we enjoyed a Halloween-themed activity session followed by a lively playgroup visit, where the children joined in with games and shared lots of smiles and laughter with our Residents. 🕸️👶

After lunch, we turned up the music for a live performance and dancing! The room was filled with joy, music, and a few spooky moves on the dance floor! 💃🕺

Of course, no Halloween would be complete without trick or treating! Our Residents and visiting children had a fantastic time joining in the fun. 🍬

A huge shoutout to our amazing staff who went all out with their costumes — you all looked incredible! 🧛‍♀️🧙‍♂️

🎀 Pink Day at Willow Brook Care! 🎀

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our wonderful team and Residents came together for a very special Pink Day coffee morning! ☕💗

The atmosphere was filled with laughter, delicious homemade cakes, and plenty of pink! Our talented Residents helped create beautiful decorations ahead of the event, making the home look truly fabulous. 🌸

Staff and Residents joined in the fun — wearing shades of pink and red to show support and raise awareness for this important cause. We also held a raffle with some lovely prizes and are proud to share that we raised over £100 for Breast Cancer Now, the Research and Support Charity. 💖

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, decorated, donated, and joined us — your kindness and enthusiasm made the day so special! 💕

🌼 Joy Across Generations at Willow Brook Care Home! 🌼
Last week, our Residents had a wonderful time during our playgroup activity with Bits & Bobs Playgroup ! 👶🎶 The room was filled with laughter, singing, and smiles as our Residents joined in nursery rhymes and playful fun with the little ones.
Moments like these remind us how special intergenerational activities can be — they bring joy, spark memories, and create meaningful connections between young and old. 💖 The children light up our residents’ days, while the residents share their kindness, stories, and songs in return.
We’re excited to announce that our Playgroup Morning will now be a regular event every fortnight on Tuesday mornings! 🎉
We warmly invite relatives and friends to join us — come and share in the fun, music, and togetherness that make these mornings so special. 🥰
