Andy is a Specialist Physiotherapist at Mode Physiotherapy, with a career spanning elite sport, clinical practice, and higher education. After graduating as a Physiotherapist, he completed an MSc in Sports Medicine at the University of Nottingham, alongside further postgraduate training in coaching and mentoring, and clinical education.

Andy has worked extensively across NHS, private, and international settings, including senior roles in Chicago and Nottingham. His experience includes 15 years in professional football, where he progressed from Head Academy Physiotherapist to First Team Physiotherapist at Nottingham Forest FC. This background gives him a deep understanding of injury management, performance rehabilitation, and the demands placed on both elite athletes and everyday patients.
