I often think “I need more hours in the day...” and today we have that luxury with the clocks going back – hurrah! What will you do with your extra hour? Sleep? Body Magic? Meal plan? Relax? 😴🚲📝🛀. If you choose sleep, then it’s happy days as sleeping well makes us 33% more likely to be able to lose weight successfully 👏😍!
