Our aim at Gentle Hands Home Care is providing high quality care services to people in their own homes, to keep them as independent as possible so they are able to spend moments with their loved ones. We have a strong and supportive team within our office and a good team of Health care assistants. We provide services to everyone with all aspects of care in mind. Our carers are fully trained to provide support to individuals with a huge variety of conditions which includes dementia, stroke, heart conditions, End of life care and companionship. Together with you and your family we will put together a person-centred care plan to ensure that all your preferences are met initially. and next year we turn a whopping big 10! Our manager Cheryl goes above and beyond to provide excellent support for our carers as they need to be looked after as well, that's why we have an open door policy here, meaning that our door is open and our ears are listening whether its coming for a quick chat or popping in for a coffee/ tea break.
