✨ Winter Solstice Guided Meditation & Sound Healing Journey ✨

Soul Full Sanctuary – Healings & Teachings
Last night I had the honour of guiding my first Winter Solstice meditation and sound healing journey away from home, and my heart feels so full 🤍

Together we travelled through past, present and future —
✨ releasing what was ready to be laid down
✨ and setting soulful intentions for the season ahead
We invited in the light of the stars, drawing it gently into our heart space, allowing that light to soften, nourish and fill the whole body ✨

After the journey, we gathered with herbal tea and light refreshments, giving space to ground, return safely, and share. It was beautiful to hear the visualisations, feelings and experiences that arose for each person — a gentle reminder of how uniquely we all receive, yet how deeply connected we are 🤍

A truly nourishing Winter Solstice evening — slow, sacred and soul-soothing 🌙
So grateful to everyone who shared this space with Soul Full Sanctuary.

It’s been a tough week and a half, and I’ve been quiet on here…

My daughter has been battling pneumonia, which meant sleepless nights, worry-filled days, and my whole world narrowing down to just being Mum. My energy, my focus, my heart—all went into caring for her.

Throughout it all, I leaned into my Reiki practice to keep myself calm and grounded. It brought so much comfort, and I truly believe those soothing, healing moments helped her too. I kept reminding myself: “Everything is temporary.”

She’s on the mend now (still a few more antibiotics to go), and I’m finally breathing a little easier, as well as her, thank fully 🙏
I’m also slowly returning to my own self-care practices so I can show up fully again.

Thank you for your patience with the cancelled bookings and quiet feed.
I’m easing my way back—and I’m looking forward to reconnecting with YOU and bringing soul-soothing support again. 💛✨

🧦✨ Day 12 of my 30 Days of Yoga in November for !

My lovely Mind yoga grippy socks have arrived, so I’ve been celebrating with some foot exercises and grounding moves this morning 👣💙

So far I’ve raised £55, and I’d really love to reach £100 — just like I did for Autism last year. Every little donation helps and truly means a lot. 💫

This challenge is all about raising awareness, supporting mental health, and helping to erase the stigma — one mindful breath and stretch at a time. 🕊️
