Morning rituals with warming the soul ☕🌙

Oracle cards laid out, journals open, breath steady.
As we step into Imbolc — the sacred midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox — the energy is quietly shifting. From rest to renewal. From stillness to spark.

With this Full Moon illuminating what’s ready to be seen, my reflections have been deep and honest. The messages from my oracle cards landed exactly where they needed to, and through journalling I’ve gently released what is no longer serving my path.

As an Aries, my energy flows through the 5th house — inviting more creativity, pleasure, play and self-expression. Less forcing. More joy. More trusting what lights me up.
Imbolc reminds us that the fire is returning… not loudly, but steadily 🔥
And we are allowed to soften, shed, and begin again.

A Sound, Crystal & Reiki Chakra Balancing Experience
The Harmony Within is a deeply restorative healing experience created to bring balance, harmony, and calm to the energetic body.

Your session begins with a chakra-balancing herbal tea and the gentle grounding of a jade crystal eye mask, inviting you to soften, settle, and arrive fully into the space.
You are then guided into deep relaxation through guided meditation the soothing vibrations of the drum and yin/yang gong, helping to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for energetic alignment.

Crystals are placed over each chakra to support cleansing, clearing, and balance, while a rose quartz pendulum is used to gently release stagnant or blocked energy. The session is completed with Reiki, intuitively guided to harmonise the chakras and integrate the healing.

This treatment is ideal if you are feeling out of balance, overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply in need of deep rest and realignment.

✨ Chair Yoga Yesterday✨

Such a lovely session yesterday morning.
We explored the idea of wintering — giving ourselves permission to slow down, soften, and take the pressure off all the “doing” and setting intentions, dry january, lose weight, start to learn something new, excercise etc etc
Now is not the best time, we need to winter and get ready for "new beginnings and doings" in spring.

We released tension from our shoulders, worked gently on hip mobility and strength, and reminded our bodies that kindness is a practice too.

I closed with a beautiful winter meditation … and honestly, the group’s reaction melted me a little. They said I should record my meditation, so here with a stuffy nose ( keeping it real 🤧😁) is a much shorter version for you to enjoy.

✨ New Sound Medicine Has Arrived ✨

I was so so excited this morning… my beautiful Yin–Yang gong has arrived, and my heart is FULL 🤍

This gong carries the medicine of balance — soft and strong, grounding and expansive, calming and clarifying. It’s all about bringing the nervous system back into harmony and helping us remember our wholeness.

Gongs don’t just create sound — they create a field.
Yin and Yang gongs help people feel balance rather than think about it.

I’ll be introducing this special new sound ally this Sunday during my Guided Meditation & Sound Journey, where it will be woven together with breath, intention, and deep rest.

I honestly can’t wait to share its energy with you ✨

My beautiful friend had flowers 🌸🌻💐sent to my door today. 🌸🌻💐

I’ve been under the weather this week with a horrible cold and had to cancel clients, which I really hate doing—especially because I know how important self-care is and how much it means to set that time aside.Feeling a little better now 🥰

The card read: “To Nicola — beautiful minds inspire others. Just a little smile and hug to say I hope you feel better soon. Love, Sonya.”

What a lovely surprise to lift my spirits. Kindness really does mean everything.🙏✨️💖
