I have felt so privileged to have spent the past four weeks working in a school using the power of hypnotherapy to make a difference - no matter how small - to the lives of some wonderful young people. The power of therapy is like nothing else - humbled to be playing my part. It is true that with every door that closes another opens.

So I am now a fully qualified Paediatric Hypnotherapist! Very excited to be able to feel confident working with children as well as adults. As a previous teacher of 30 years this addition was a no brainer for me.

I am so excited to have just signed up to complete a Diploma in Paediatric Hypnotherapy with the International Society of Paediatric Hypnotherapists. This will equip me to safely , confidently and effectively treat both adults and children from the Age of 4. As soon as I start my training this will give me a regular source of inspirational things to start my blog.
