I’m baaaaack! 👋🏼

Just wanted to let you know I will be returning to teaching Wednesday night Pilates classes from the 4th March! I’m so excited to get back in the studio again with you all!

I know how amazing Pilates is at helping to rebuild the body in the post-natal period and I will be on my own journey of gradually increasing strength and progressing with the exercises!

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the lovely .pilates for keeping classes going whilst I’ve been away! You’ve been amazing!

I’m super grateful to all of you who have continued to attend classes, send messages to check in & support me whilst Iv been off- your kindness hasn’t gone unnoticed and helps to keep my little business going🙏🏼 so biiiiig thank you to you all!

The March sessions and block booking are now live on the booking system! It’s a 4 week block for £24 or drop in for £8 per class!

5 reasons to start Pilates….

Improve body awareness - Pilates focuses on connecting the body and the mind which can help improve your awareness of all parts of the body, subsequently, improving posture and daily movements.

Increase strength & mobility - some Pilates exercises will focus on improving the range of movement at the joints in your body e.g hips and shoulders. Others will use equipment such as weights and resistance bands to help build strength throughout the body.

Improve balance - some Pilates exercises work on improving balance which helps in everyday life and reduces your risk of falls and injuries!

Develop Breath control - Breath work is an integral part of Pilates, and incorporating proper breathing techniques into the exercises that you perform will help enhance their effectiveness. This skill can then be transferred to other areas e.g running or gym work as well as helping to manage stress and anxiety in every day life!

Have fun!! Most importantly have some ‘me time’, meet some other lovely people and enjoy yourself!

Festive season🎄✨

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, we were juggling a newborn with tongue tie, a 3 year old with chicken pox + recovering from a c-section myself 😆 but everyone loves a challenge eh!

Hope the festive season was everything you wished for and needed!

Now time to start getting back to some normality and routine ready for New year!

Baby Boy Dulson 🩵 I am well & truly outnumbered!

He arrived on 19th December 2025 weighing 6lb 15.

His name is still to be decided but he is settling in well!
