Cosomatic I offer a unique service to 25-45 year olds. Somatic Therapy is provided online. Online therapy means we can work together whatever your location.

Cosomatic combines both traditional Talk Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, which allows you to recover from Trauma, Anxiety and Stress, so you live the happy and healthy life you deserve. If you do not have online videochat then this will be provided via Microsoft Teams (you do not need this software on your PC). If you live outside of Nottingham then I'm happy to provide the therapy via Teams too and this works really successfully for many of my clients who live further afield. Don't let distance stop you living the wonderful life you really deserve.

I've had a few people ask about quick tips for reducing your stress and anxiety in the present moment.

So in this video, I'll show you a really simple but very powerful way of relieving your stress right now.

It's called belly or diaphragmatic breathing.

It can be used anytime, anywhere to lower your stress, reduce your heart rate and you can instantly feel calmer and in control.

This video is a great starting point to reduce your anxiety right now. If you want to go deeper and longer term, I can help via the use of proven techniques such as CBT, positive psychology and other methods.
