Today I prayed through my pain, and asked God WHY??
Why God does it hurt so much? Why are you putting me through such torture and torment... His answer! I don't want to see you hurting. BUT..... I created a STRONG BLACK QUEEN......... Strong enough to bear the pain and still get on with life. With a smile on ur face and pure LOVE in your heart....
But Why me Lord coz I'm tired?.... His Answer! I made you a FIGHTER for a reason!!. Tough enough to be at rock bottom and ALWAYSS find the strength, courage, hope, faith and willpower to fight the battles and win a war most people wouldn't or couldn't survive!!!!💪🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾
He told me Niomi!!....NOW IS THE TIME!! The time to Start doing what I've always known you to be, passionate about (Helping others through tough times, Motivational speaking and spreading awareness about a complicated misunderstood illness/disease).......
After the experience you went through yesterday NOW IS THE 🕑.
1st -: Ambulance medic saying things like ("Awww NOT FU**IN HER AGAIN").
2nd-: To be at city hospital, a place your ment to feel comfortable and safe in. Only to have them IGNORE YOU, WISPER ABOUT YOU, AND SUGGEST, YOU JUST LIKE THE HIGH OFF THE DRUGS is heartbreaking and seriously hurtful. 😥😥 (Especially to someone battling low moods and depression brought on because of 3 different, but very serious health conditions!!)
Going through that experience ALL ALONE! with no one to hold my hand wipe my tears or just tell me they get it, or they understand. Even just to have someone on the other end of the phone, laptop, or tablet to just say....."DON'T WORRY I'M HERE, AND I UNDERSTAND OR FEEL WHAT YOUR GOING THROUGH")

Where we can offer each other support, ask for support. Ask questions to get better educated about sickle cell disease from people who actually live and suffer everyday with the illness. Not just from a doctor who only reads from a text book, and thinks what the book says goes for ALL OF US that suffer with the disease. As if we all suffer the exact same way, Eveytime🤔🤔 For every single one of us that suffer with this sometimes debilitating and all the time VERY painful disease. 😒😒😒.
