Our September carer of the month goes to our lovely Gladys. Gladys joined us with minimal care experience, but has gone from strength to strength throughout her time with us. Gladys showed expeceptional care and compassion recently with a client who was put on EOL and then showed commitment by representing the company at the clients funeral. Gladys we are all super proud of you well done ❤️

The Role:
You will be providing high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them live independently and with dignity. Duties may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light household tasks.

Requirements:

Flexible applicants only (to meet client needs)

Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred (but not essential)

A kind, patient, and respectful attitude

Previous care experience is an advantage but not required – full training will be provided

Carer of the month for August is Agnes. Agnes joined us not so long ago, and has hit the ground running. With an extensive background in care she is the epitamy of care. Nothing is ever too much. Always going above and beyond for clients and their families. Agnes joined us with a level 3 qualification in her pocket so it comes as no surprise that she is now signed on to do her level 5 in management. I have no doubt that she will smash this course and will be a welcome addition to the management team. ❤️

It is important to remember to make sure that clients are dressed appropriately - to prevent over heating and have enough fluids between care calls - to prevent dehydration. It is also important for our carers to do the same ❤️
