The 2026 calendar for our well-being retreats is growing and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved, some of which will be fully funded!

Due to the success of our partnership with and the retreats we delivered for them in 2025 they have managed to secure further funding and we already have several retreats scheduled.

More information will follow over the coming weeks, so keep posted!

🌳 Following the successful launch of our Rest & Restore retreat we are working again with to bring you another retreat, this time specifically designed for people affected by HIV.

This retreat would feature a tailored program of events to support and engage participants.

Thanks to a generous donation from in collaboration with tHrIVe peer support group and NHS Sexual Health Services this retreat is free to attend - including transport, accommodation, food and services.

The tHrIVe Relax and Restore Retreat at Nanpathan Hall…provides time and space to focus on your wellbeing…mind, body & soul.

DRINKING WATER IS A 'QUICK WIN' TO BETTER HEALTH AND HYDRATION

Hydration is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being. Water makes up about 60% of the human body and plays a vital role in numerous bodily functions, including regulating temperature, lubricating joints, supporting digestion, and facilitating nutrient absorption. Staying adequately hydrated ensures that cells function efficiently and helps prevent issues such as fatigue, headaches, and poor concentration.

The recommended daily water intake varies depending on factors like age, activity level, and climate, but a general guideline is about 8-10 cups (2-2.5 litres) for most adults. In addition to drinking water, hydration can come from foods with high water content, such as fruits and vegetables.

Dehydration, or insufficient water intake, can lead to symptoms like dizziness, dry mouth, and dark urine, and severe cases can be life-threatening. To stay hydrated, drink water regularly, especially during physical activity or in hot weather, and listen to your body's thirst cues.

Get ready for 2025 with a unique opportunity to prioritise your health and well-being through the Exclusive Retreat Club, in partnership with Veteran Retreat Club CIC.

Our mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to enhance your health and well-being. Through expert-led education, inspiration, and hands-on experiences, you'll gain insights from some of the industry's top professionals.

The Club is now open for membership, and the first workshop kicks off on Thursday 9 January.

Sessions will be held on the second Thursday of each month at 8 PM, lasting no more than two hours. Can’t make it live? No worries—every session will be recorded, so you can catch up at your convenience!

Monthly membership - £11.11 (minimum of 3 months)
Monthly membership+PAY IT FORWARD - £22.22 (minimum of 3 months)
Drop in - £22.22

PLUS every monthly membership taken out, a membership will be offered to a military veteran for FREE!
