If we could control our minds we could change our life, but here it comes the catch…
So many of us have tired to think positively for a while but whenever hard time’s arrive we tempt to give up 🤦♀️
Why is that?
Is more easier to stack up with the same routines and habits instead of creating new ones and not just create those but stick to them…
Yes, manifestation not easy! That’s why so many people don’t even bother to meditate-visualise or even journal about their plans and goals …
Sacrificing old habits will brings changes and with them it will be natural instead or feeling the heaviness of controlling or looking after your thoughts and thinking patterns …
So what is the solution?
Day by day taking small actions!
Small sustainable actions will brings changes and it will helping you to satisfy your achievements because it is achievements! That’s the key 🔑
Most of the people forget about small achievements easy to highlighting the big accomplishments only but to see the small ones means the real gratitude 🙏
If we can appreciate our small achievements and build a self esteem by that such as acknowledging that every small steps can build a pathway to positive existence by seeing the small things in life…
1. Started by a mindful walking at the nature 🌷
2. See the weather 🌦️ even tho is raining.
3. Meet with new people and attend small group sessions or activities to change your mood and build new connections.
