It was a pleasure to spend the day with Year 6 students at St. Edmund's CofE Primary and Nursery School. Exams are a significant milestone in a young person's life and can often bring feelings of pressure or uncertainty for students as they navigate their final year of primary school.

Olivia and Lindsey loved chatting with the students about how they're feeling and sharing some gentle tools to help when things feel like they're getting a bit much. Taking a moment to check in and look after your wellbeing is just as important as the revision itself.

A huge thank you to Year 6 for being so open and looking after yourselves - we are so proud of you! 💜
