'Wellness' isn't just a buzzword, it's nothing without action! Post partum healing is both physical and mental, it's a blend of getting to know the new normal and opening your arms to change whilst also craving a bit of 'you' again!

Like every good therapist I meet you exactly where you are in that moment, I take time at the start of every appointment to listen to your concerns. Struggling with swelling and water retention? No problem! Back aching or shoulders need some extra attention, I'm here for it! Need to switch off and indulge in a longer head massage, just tell me. I want you to feel your absolute best after every treatment! I'm here for YOU!

Just popping up with a little May update!

I hope you are all keeping well and enjoying these sunnier longer days. I’m excited to share that I am officially a Doula in Training! I have just begun my pre-course work with and by the end of 2025 will be an accredited Doula, expanding my offerings to provide one-to-one, person centred antenatal, birth and postnatal care.

Some of you will know how much I’ve been dreaming of the day I can say this, supporting women/birthing people and their families on this journey into parenthood is the most exciting privilege to hold.

This means a few little changes to my current offerings, and my massage availability will be a little less as I make space for time to complete my coursework alongside my other class commitments.

As some of you know I offer classes in Oxton as ,  I will continue to offer regular classes at Oxton Village Hall, where you can connect with the community and enjoy a safe and nurturing space together. Baby Classes will continue termly, on Wendesday’s & pregnancy classes will continue on Thursday Evenings.

From June I will also be stepping into the seat of lovely Bethan, who teaches classes in West Bridgford and I will be teaching her regular classes termly there (pregnancy Yoga Monday Evenings & Baby Classes on Tuesdays!) whilst has a little break from teaching to welcome her own little one 🫶🏼
