I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be stepping away for maternity leave at the end of November as we prepare to welcome our newest family member! This year has been a whirlwind of exciting developments with moving to lovely Calverton and setting up my office and business here again. I’ve had the most brilliant clients who have made amazing progress, its been a pleasure to watch.
In my absence, I am happy to recommend other therapists who work in a similar way or add you to my waiting list ready for my return.

Today, I’m feeling extra grateful for the little things that add warmth to my week. 💛 Whether it’s the quiet moments with a warm cup of coffee, a random text from a friend, or even the simple act of finishing a task I’ve been putting off, it’s these small joys that make life brighter.

Here’s to the people who bring out the best in us, the cozy comforts that ground us, and the endless opportunities each day offers. 🌿

Thanks for a great but hectic week! This week I've had a few days off in Scotland, eaten some tasty food and spent time with lovely people. I've had some fantastic clients and enjoyed warming up with hot chocolates and some Stolen :-). I hope everyone has a great weekend!
