I recorded this 2 days before I fell over ice skating, how ironic.
Note to self, don't make fun of your husband's quirks!

1. if it's sore to touch, it's probablt swollen and inflamed.
2. if it's cold to touch, it's cold enough to use as a cold compress.

After much deliberation, all appointments will see a small price increase.

As a small business, I take time to analyse the expense of running the clinic and unfortunately I have had to make the call for a small adjustment.
All appointments booked and prepaid before this date will adhere to the current prices.

Due to little e taking up a new sport and the temporary lack of grandparent presence (my mum will kill me for this little picture), Saturday appointments are limited. Please be sure to book in advance and leave AT LEAST 24 hours notice for cancellations using the email communication.

For my HRT PATCH ladies.
I've just tried the previously mentioned 6 x 7 cm second skin over my new Everol 75 patch and it fits!
It does take a bit of precision as there's only a few mm of leeway on the 6cm width. But, it does fit!
I've also found the stickiness on thr 75 aren't as good, this might be a batch issue though.

Just a few top tips which have helped me when I moved ro HRT patches.

The clear film dressings can be bought off amazon, just make sure you get the right size!

Remember to take that walk, do your daily exercises or have a little dance in the kitchen.
