We have Faye in clinic now on Wednesdays providing massage therapy. Not only is she super talented, she’s also super lovely. We can highly recommend her 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. She’s treated Sara our Osteopath and she definitely feels much better for it.

Last day of Breast Cancer Awareness month…..but we should still keep talking about it tomorrow and the next day after that.

In August, Sara our osteopath and clinic owner had to have a mammogram and ultrasound after finding a breast lump (fortunately no cause for concern). It’s important to check your breast tissue monthly (guys this means you as well) and understand what your normal feels like. Yes, there will be changes through your hormone cycle.

Look out for….
*Tenderness, swelling or lumps in breast tissue and/or under armpits.
*Changes to breast size/shape, discolouration or texture including dimpling (orange peel effect).
*Changes to ni***es such as discharge, rash or inversion (pulled inwards).

If you have any concerns, get your breasts checked with your GP ASAP.

We only have a couple of slots left for appointments this week, so if there’s something you are putting off, get in touch ASAP.

As a reminder, we are in clinic all this week and will then be having a well earned Christmas/New Year break. We will return raring to go Jan 8th 💪💪.
