No this isn’t a sexy b**b shot!! Today I had my first . It was super quick and painless. I try to eat well, exercise regularly, get quality sleep. I’m peri menopausal but the only real symptoms I have are a bit of brain fog when I’m tired and stiff feet so I think I’m managing my own health pretty dam well.. My risk of breast cancer is very low but it’s nice to know that our NHS are there keeping an eye on us. Results in 2 weeks. It feels really surreal going for my first mammogram at a point in my life where I’m about to change everything significantly. Did I ever think I’d be 50 and considering …………… 🚐 Absolutrly not!! (Yet here I am!!) 🤪

I have no idea what the future holds but this mug reminds me everyday of what I’m capable of. All I know is there’s more...

I have no idea what the future holds but this mug reminds me everyday of what I’m capable of. All I know is there’s more to life than this and I’m ready to start the next chapter of this beautiful life…..just a few million things to sort out before then!!!
