Hello I have one space in a beginner level yoga class, maximum 6 people, starting this Thursday 8th Jan at The Place on Melrose Street Sherwood.

It is a six week block ending on the 12th of Feb. I waive one class fee per block if you are unable to make any of the dates. The cost for the 6 weeks is £48. It is Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa, I can explain more if you DM me.

If you want to come along on Thursday to give it a try DM me, I can then send you a link for a one off payment of £8 and you can see if it's for you.

I will be running a Yoga workshop for beginners from 9-11:30 on Saturday March 6th 2024 at The Place Activity Centre, Melrose Street in Sherwood, the cost is £18. The workshop will include meditation, breathing (pranayama) techniques, followed by the breaking down of individual poses, (asanas), helping each individual with alignment, so lots of demonstrating with students. We will have a shortbreak, to include herbal teas and a chance for any questions. We will then move on to a 45 minutes flow and ending with a relaxation. People would need their own mats and a small pillow. I do have mats if needed or you can buy one direct from me. I want to keep the session small to allow for individual attention, so looking at a max of 12 spaces. Thankyou
