Hello! We are here to remind you that our free mental health support is still available in Nottingham City.

Wellness in Mind provides information, advice and support for anyone in Nottingham experiencing issues with their mental wellbeing as well as the family, friends and carers of people with mental health issues.

Our service helps people to understand mental health in an open, non-stigmatising, positive and hopeful way as well as connecting individuals to other services which may best support them.

Consider us the front door to other avenues of support in the city. We’re here to talk and can be reached:
