Church Farm Care Church Farm Care is a specialist dementia care provider and a Living Wage employer.

Church Farm Nursing Home Ltd is a family owned company of four homes in Cotgrave, West Bridgford and Radcliffe on Trent. We specialise in the care of people living with a dementia in three of the homes and provide high quality residential, nursing care and palliative care in the fourth. We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. Helping people to feel at home, safe, secure and loved with the feeling that every day can be well-lived is what drives us.

Health and safety is one of our top priorities here at Church Farm Care, and it’s essential that our teams undergo regular training to develop, improve, and stay ahead of the curve with any changes or updated information.

Most recently, our Skylarks team attended an Emergency First Aid course where they participated in activities to teach basic life support, defib training, how to respond to a choking incident and much more.

Over at Wren Hall, we wrapped up our 16 week garden project – and are so pleased to announce we’ve secured further funding to extend it.

Spending time gardening has so many benefits for our family members. From instilling a sense of purpose and supporting independence to strengthening the muscles and boosting the immune system, it’s a wonderful, inclusive activity.

We’re looking forward to the next stage of the project and all the exciting opportunities it will bring 🌷
